Nationwide Shipping
We offer nationwide delivery services, allowing customers from all regions to place orders with us.
Frozen Items: Please note that due to specific shipping requirements, we are unable to ship frozen or perishable items at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, all other items can be shipped nationwide.
Packaging and Temperature Control: To maintain the quality and freshness of perishable items such as chocolates, sausages, cheeses, we take great care in packaging them. We use ice packs and specialized packaging materials to ensure that these items remain at the optimal temperature during transit.
Shipping Methods: We utilize UPS or USPS Ground services for the shipping of your items. However, you may choose 1 or 2-day UPS shipping options that help to minimize the time in transit and ensures that your items arrive in the best possible condition.
Multiple Box Shipments: In some cases, larger orders or orders containing perishable items may be divided into multiple boxes. This allows us to maintain optimal temperature control during transit, ensuring that your perishable items arrive in the best possible condition. By optimizing the packaging and shipping methods, we aim to minimize costs, which ultimately benefits our customers.
Shipping Days: Please be aware that all perishable items are shipped on Mondays through Wednesdays. This is to ensure that your items do not spend excessive time in transit over weekends, which could compromise their quality.
