At Borsch and Beyond, we value your experience and strive to provide excellent service. We understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to making things right whenever possible. As part of our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint, we do not accept physical returns of items or orders once they have been shipped or delivered.
If you receive a product with quality concerns, please notify us via our hello@borschandbeyond.com email within 14 days of receiving your order. We will make every effort to address the issue and find a suitable solution.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the next items:

Digital downloads.

Gift cards and memberships.

Final sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once the refund is issued. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Donate
If you have unopened items that you no longer need, we encourage you to consider donating them to a loca Food Bank. For example, you can use Feeding America's Food Bank Locator to help you find a local facility to donate your items. By donating, you can support those in need and reduce food waste.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse any refund request if it is made after the 14-day window or if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the return policy is being abused.
